    How do I book a runner?

    Booking should feel simple. No apps and no long forms.

    What services do you provide?

    Grocery runs, parcels and letters, errands, cash or transfer deliveries, pick up and drop offs, trusted cleaning, handyman help, lifestyle support, and VIP late night runs.

    How much does it cost?

    Errands (30 mins)£10–£15

    Payments can be cash or bank transfer. Transfers include a small 5% admin fee.

    How do I pay?

    Cash on delivery or bank transfer. You choose your payment method before we assign your runner.

    What size packages can you deliver?

    Small letters, shopping bags, medium parcels, and larger items if a vehicle is needed. Mention the size and weight so we can assign the right runner.

    Is it safe? Can I trust the runners?

    All runners are verified with ID and address checks. You receive the runner's photo before assignment and you can track your order on WhatsApp. We never accept unsafe or restricted items.

    What if my item is lost or damaged?

    My Runner coordinates services between you and independent providers. We help with fair mediation. Refunds may apply if the service was not completed as agreed. High value items should be insured by the customer.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Before assignment: Full refund

    After assignment but before starting: Partial refund

    Once service has started: Refunds only if the provider is at fault

    What rules do I need to follow?

    Share accurate information, stay available on WhatsApp, be respectful, and avoid restricted items such as alcohol, tobacco, prescriptions, or any unsafe goods.

    Do you offer late night or emergency runs?

    Yes, we are available at all hours. Late night services after 11:50pm come with a £5 premium.

    Can I work with My Runner?

    Yes! We hire reliable runners, cleaners, handymen, and lifestyle helpers. Applicants can email MyRunnerJobs@gmail.com with ID, proof of address, and a selfie.
